Gene expression

Gene expression workflows rely on precise thermal cycling — from reverse transcription to downstream quantification. Our Biometra thermal cyclers deliver reliable PCR performance for essential steps such as cDNA synthesis and amplification. For quantitative expression analysis, the qTOWER iris series supports sensitive and multiplexed qPCR in 96- and 384-well formats. Both platforms can be integrated into automated workflows — with TRobot II and qTOWER auto enabling high-throughput real-time and endpoint PCR applications. For labs also working on gene editing, our systems support essential steps such as construct generation or CRISPR plasmid preparation, enabling consistent and high-quality results across gene editing protocols.

Dissolution studies

To determine the dissolution characteristics of pharmaceuticals inside the human body and  monitor substance concentrations over time, molecular spectroscopy is an ideal method: simple, easy to use and automated.
