On-site Advanced Product & Application Training in Jena LH – Liquid Handling Basics, CyBio SELMA & CyBio FeliX

Terms of participation: Online Basic Product Training LH - CyBio SELMA & CyBio FeliX completed successfully within the last 12 months
Number of participants: 3 - 6 participants
Format: on-site (Jena HQ) classroom and laboratory training with instructor, followed by an assessment, certificate awarded upon completion, which must be renewed every 2 years (by assessment and/or training)

Topics/content:

• Advanced review of the Online Basic Product Training LH (CyBio SELMA & CyBio FeliX) content, complemented by practical hands-on sessions with CyBio SELMA and CyBio FeliX. The training provides in-depth knowledge of general device functionalities, consumables, software functionalities, dispensing methods, troubleshooting, customer-specific applications and practical use of AJ software solutions, including scripting, process optimization, CyBio Composer, and Application Studio. Sales-oriented overview of the latest application topics across the Liquid Handling product portfolio, with a focus on current high-potential applications, customer needs and use cases, key value propositions, sales arguments, and positioning of the relevant devices in target markets.
