Online Basic Product Training LH – CyBio SELMA & CyBio FeliX

Date: 01st – 02nd March 2027
Duration:

  • 2 days, 4 hours each

  • Offered as afternoon sessions (2 pm – 6 pm CET)

  • Recordings will be made available for participants who are unable to attend the live sessions

  • In addition, a live LH FAQ session will be offered on 6th April 2027 or 26th October 2027 (available as both morning and afternoon sessions)

Terms of participation: Successful completion of the LH Product Portfolio Overview training within the 12 months preceding this course; prerequisite for participation in On-site Advanced Product & Application Training LH - CyBio SELMA & CyBio FeliX
Number of participants: > 10 participants per session
Format: online classroom training with instructor, followed by an assessment, certificate awarded upon completion, which must be renewed every 2 years (by assessment and/or training)

  • Overview of CyBio liquid handling technology, combined with fundamental knowledge of CyBio SELMA and CyBio FeliX, including technical basics, consumables, software solutions, key functionalities, and an overview of the competitive landscape.

Addressees:

  • Sales partners of LH products (sales representatives, application specialists and service technicians)

  • Sales managers

  • Regional managers (REM)

  • New employees in the LH business field
