Membrane protein purification has long been the bottleneck in drug discovery, involving labor intensive, multi-day procedures in dedicated facilities. 

This challenge can be overcome now! Analytik Jena and Cube Biotech have developed an automated, detergent-free workflow that purifies membrane proteins in less than three hours while preserving their native structure and function. Feasible in standard labs, the former  challenging process can be transformed into a standard lab routine. 

In this webinar, you will learn how to simplify and standardize membrane protein purification. We will also demonstrate how qPCR-based thermal shift analysis (TSA) and digital dispensing technology can support rapid protein stability assessment while minimizing sample consumption.
