Conditions of Participation in the Early Bird Promotion of multi N/C x300

1. Promotion

The Early Bird Promotion is carried out by Analytik Jena GmbH+Co. KG (hereinafter: Analytik Jena), Konrad-Zuse-Str. 1, 07745 Jena, Germany. Participation in the promotion is voluntary. By participating in the promotion, the participant expressly and bindingly accepts these conditions of participation. 

2. Participation 

Participation in the Analytik Jena multi N/C x300 early bird promotion takes place electronically via the online form provided. The promotion period is limited in time from February  14, 2024  to  April 30, 2023. 

In order to participate in the promotion, the provided online form has to be filled out completely. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted by him. 

3. Eligibility 

All persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of Analytik Jena GmbH+Co. KG or its affiliated companies pursuant to § 15 AktG (German Stock Corporation Act) are excluded from participation, so are authorized dealers and their employees.  

Eligible for a free consumables kit are participants who have i)completed the electronic entry form in full, ii) who order a TOC/TN_b analyzer of the new multi N/C x300 series until December 31, 2024 and iii) who are within the first 50 registrants. All three of the above-mentioned conditions must apply to be eligible for a free consumable kit. The aforementioned condition ii) is only deemed to be fulfilled if a complete analyzer is ordered, i.e. multi N/C 2300, multi N/C 2300 duo, multi N/C 2300 N, multi N/C 3300, multi N/C 3300 duo, multi N/C 3300 HS or multi N/C 4300 device; ordering accessories, automation options or other additional equipment, such as automatic samplers, is not sufficient for this purpose. 

4. Exclusion from the prize game 

If not all personal details provided are true, the participant may be excluded. 
Each participant may only register once. Analytik Jena reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who obtain advantages through manipulation. In such cases, the free consumables kit may also be subsequently withdrawn. 

5. Execution and settlement 

Orders must be received by Analytik Jena by 31 December 2024, 12:00 PM at the latest, in order to be considered for this Early Bird Promotion. 

People who register for a free consumables kit will receive a promotional code that can be used as a voucher when ordering an analyser, provided they are one of the first 50 registrants. If the first 50 places have already been allocated, registrants will be informed that their order does not entitle them to the free consumables kit. 

Analytik Jena is entitled to transmit the winners' data to cooperation partners in order to enable the delivery of the devices. In the event that the address provided by the registrant is incorrect and/or the device and consumables kit cannot be delivered for other reasons for which the registrant is responsible, the claim to the prize shall lapse. 

The risk shall pass to the registrant upon posting of the consumables kit at the post office. Analytik Jena is not responsible for delivery damage. 

We reserve the right to prematurely terminate the Early Bird Promotion in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible for technical reasons (e.g., computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons to guarantee proper implementation of the competition. 

6. Warranty and liability 

Liability for material defects and/or defects of the consumable kit is on site of Analytik Jena. 

7. Data protection and advertising measures 

The responsible office for data collection and processing is Analytik Jena GmbH+Co. KG, Konrad-Zuse-Str. 1, 07745 Jena, +49 3641 77 70, info@analytik-jena.com.

The purpose of the data processing is, on the one hand, the implementation/handling of the promotion. The personal data provided by the data subject will be used for this purpose. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p.1 lit. b DSGVO. 

Participants can also give their voluntary consent to advertising. The legal basis for data processing in this context is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The advertising consent is only given to Analytik Jena. The data will not be passed on to third parties. Analytik Jena uses the advertising consent to inform the data subject by email about new products and current events.  

The personal data will be deleted no later than three months after the promotion has been completed. This does not apply to the data of the registrants receiving a voucher, which will be deleted after expiry of the statutory periods. If the data subject has given consent for further use of the data, the data will not be deleted. 

The data subject has the right to revoke his/her advertising consent at any time without giving reasons. The revocation of consent does not result in any disadvantages. The revocation is to be addressed to: sales@analytik-jena.com. 

 The data subject has the right to obtain information from the controller about the personal data concerning him or her, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Notwithstanding the afore mentioned rights, the data subject also has the possibility to contact the respective competent supervisory authority if he or she is of the opinion that the processing of the data concerning him or her violates the GDPR. 

8. Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded.
The claim to the prize is not assignable.
