Isolation of total RNA

The kits combines lysis of starting material following a step for selective removing of genomic DNA without DNase I. Nucleic acid isolation using a homogenizer

innuSPEED DNA Kit
For extreme fast and efficient isolation of DNA from different starting materials. The kit contains specialized Lysis Tubes, which will be processed in a homogenizer. The Lysis Tubes contain further an optimized buffer component, which is compatible with the further isolation of DNA. The mechanical disruption of starting material and the subsequent proteolytic lysis step take place in the Lysis Tube. After mechanical disruption and lysis of starting material the extraction procedure will be followed by the efficient binding of genomic DNA on a Spin Filter surface following washing of the bound DNA and finally eluting of the DNA.
